pmnt MCP — Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 16, 2026

This policy explains how the pmnt Model Context Protocol (MCP) server (the 'MCP Service') handles data when you create invoices through an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. It supplements the PMNT Privacy Policy.

1. Data we process

To create an invoice, the MCP Service processes only the data you provide for that invoice:

  • Recipient (payee) business name;
  • Tax identification number (RNOKPP or EDRPOU);
  • Ukrainian IBAN (bank account number);
  • Payment purpose;
  • Amount and currency (UAH), where provided.

These are the payee's own published business details, used to generate the invoice and its NBU-standard payment QR code.

2. Data we do NOT collect

The MCP Service does not collect chat history or conversation content, your location, IP address, session identifiers, telemetry, authentication credentials, API keys, or payment card data.

3. How data is processed and shared

Invoice data is processed by our internal Banker microservice, and the bank is identified from the public National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) registry. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and nothing is posted to public internet services, social media or external platforms.

4. Data retention

Invoices created through the free MCP Service are stored for a maximum of 24 hours and then automatically deleted. For permanent storage and management, use app.pmnt.app.

5. Legal basis

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' and the GDPR.

6. Your rights and contact

For privacy questions or data deletion requests, contact support+legal@pmnt.app.
