The owner guarantees that the PMNT (Payment Management) service on the pmnt.app website ensures compliance with the principle of confidentiality regarding information about Users.

1. Information Collection

To provide a complete and high-quality range of services when using the PMNT service, we may collect the following information from Users:

  • Full name (surname, first name, patronymic if available), email address, phone number;
  • Payment information - IBAN, taxpayer identification number (used for generating payment links and stored in our database);
  • Additional information (including third-party account data such as Google, Apple, etc.) necessary for using the PMNT service.

2. Extended Features and Bank Integration

To use extended features of the pmnt.app website, Users may provide access to their bank account through a token generated in their personal account on their bank's website (Monobank, PrivatBank, etc.).

3. Automatic Data Collection

During the use of the PMNT service, the following information is automatically collected:

  • Technical information about the User's device;
  • Data that the User has independently entered into the service;
  • Service usage statistics and other data to which the User has allowed access (geolocation, etc.);
  • Data about visitors (public data about their accounts) of the PMNT service.

4. Purpose of Data Use

We use personal information of Users for:

  • Improving the service;
  • Detecting and preventing fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activities while using the service;
  • Providing invoice generation and management functionality;
  • Generating QR codes associated with Ukrainian IBAN accounts for secure payment processing in Ukrainian hryvnia.

5. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the personal information they provide. By using the PMNT service, Users consent to the access, processing, storage, distribution, and use of personal data they provide.

6. Data Protection and Compliance

Personal data of Users is processed exclusively within the framework of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and GDPR regulations. Access to personal data by third parties is provided only in cases directly provided by the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular, at the request of law enforcement agencies or a court.

7. Data Security

All information from Users collected by PMNT is protected by technical means and security procedures to prevent unauthorized access or use of data. All collected information may be protected as a trade secret in the manner prescribed by law.

8. QR Code Payment Processing

QR codes facilitate credit transfers without using a payment terminal, allowing merchants to receive funds within an hour and ensuring that the payer enters accurate transaction data. Deep links can also be generated to initiate payments via SMS, messengers, websites, or email, in accordance with the Rules for Generation and Use of QR Codes for Credit Transfers introduced by the National Bank of Ukraine in 2020.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

PMNT reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of our service after such changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Other relationships between the User and PMNT are regulated by the Terms of Service, which are available on the pmnt.app website.
