Terms of Service of PMNT

Welcome to the PMNT (Payment Management) invoice generation service, located at pmnt.app. By accessing our web service, developed specifically for the Ukrainian market, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this document, please refrain from using our services.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By using the PMNT web service to generate invoices, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the PMNT Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities that occur under your account or password.
3. Description of the service
PMNT provides a web-based platform designed to help users generate QR code invoices specifically for Ukrainian IBAN accounts. The services offered include:
- Creation, editing and management of invoices.
- Generation of QR codes linked directly to Ukrainian IBAN accounts for secure payment processing in Ukrainian hryvnia.
- Sending invoices by email or downloading them in various formats.
4. Compliance
PMNT is developed by Tulz.dev to ensure compliance with local financial legislation, providing a seamless invoicing process that integrates with Ukrainian banking systems. The service adheres to the Rules for the generation and use of QR codes for credit transfers introduced by the NBU in 2020.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the PMNT platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and service marks (collectively, the “Content”), is owned by Tulz.dev or its licensors. You may use the Content only as expressly permitted in these Terms. User Content
You are responsible for any content you post on our platform, including invoices, comments, and other materials (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant PMNT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such content.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity.
- Access or attempt to access parts of our Service that are not intended for public viewing.
- Transmit viruses or any other type of code that may harm the operation of our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
PMNT will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business interruption, even if PMNT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify PMNT and hold PMNT harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services or your breach of these Terms. Payment Transactions with QR Codes
QR Codes facilitate credit transfers without the use of a payment terminal, allowing merchants to receive funds within an hour and ensuring that the payer enters accurate transaction details. A deep link can also be generated to initiate payments via SMS, messengers, websites, or email.
11. Changes and additions
Tulz.dev reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our service after such changes means acceptance of these changes.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kyiv, Ukraine.
