pmnt MCP — Terms of Service

Last updated: June 16, 2026

These Terms govern use of the pmnt Model Context Protocol (MCP) server (the 'MCP Service') that lets AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude create Ukrainian payment invoices on your behalf. By using the MCP Service you agree to these Terms. They supplement the PMNT Terms of Service.

1. What the MCP Service does

The MCP Service exposes a single tool, create_invoice, which generates an invoice and a payment page containing a QR code in the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) open standard for IBAN credit transfers. You provide your own business name, tax ID (RNOKPP/EDRPOU) and IBAN; the service validates them and identifies the bank from the NBU registry.

2. Not a payment processor

pmnt does not process, hold, escrow or transfer funds, and never handles payment card data. Payment is completed entirely within the customer's own banking app by standard bank transfer. pmnt is a tool for generating payment instructions — it is not a money transmitter or payment institution.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the recipient name, tax ID and IBAN you submit are your own, or that you are authorised to invoice on their behalf, and that they are accurate. You must not use the MCP Service to impersonate any person or business, to request payments you are not entitled to, or for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

4. Free tier and data retention

Invoices created through the free MCP Service are intended for temporary use and testing. They are stored for a maximum of 24 hours and then automatically deleted. For permanent invoice storage and management, use the dedicated subscription service at app.pmnt.app.

5. Availability

The MCP Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tulz.dev is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the MCP Service, including consequences of incorrect invoice details entered by the user.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.
